Set preferred times, then choose the frequency for lobby, common areas, work areas, hallways, kitchen, bathroom, and supply closet tasks.

Scope of work

Choose the frequency for each task. Defaults match a standard commercial program.

Lobby

  • Clean surfaces

  • Mop floor with neutral floor cleaner

  • Remove garbage and replace liner as needed

  • Sweep floor surfaces

  • Vacuum carpeted areas

  • Spot clean and remove fingerprints on entrance glass

  • Perform dusting on horizontal surfaces

  • Perform high dusting on vertical surfaces

  • Dust baseboards

Common Areas

  • Clean surfaces

  • Mop floor with neutral floor cleaner

  • Remove garbage and replace liner as needed

  • Sweep floor surfaces

  • Vacuum carpeted areas

  • Perform dusting on horizontal surfaces

Work Area

  • Clean surfaces

  • Remove garbage and replace liner as needed

  • Sweep floor surfaces

  • Dust electronics & monitors

  • Perform dusting on horizontal surfaces

  • Perform high dusting on vertical surfaces

Hallway

  • Sweep floor surfaces

  • Dust baseboards

  • Perform high dusting on vertical surfaces

Kitchen

  • Mop floor with neutral floor cleaner

  • Remove garbage and replace liner as needed

  • Take recyclables to designated location

  • Clean surfaces

  • Perform dusting on horizontal surfaces

Bathroom

  • Empty trash bins and replace liners

  • Refill consumable items

  • Clean/Disinfect Wash Basins, Toilets, and Urinals

  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

  • Clean/disinfect handles and accessories

  • Clean dividers and walls

  • Sweep floor

  • Mop flooring

Supply Closet

  • Clean slop sink

  • Organize janitorial supplies

  • Mop floor with neutral floor cleaner

  • Sweep floor surfaces

  • Re-stock janitorial supplies
